GeorgeADAMSPeacefully, in the Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary on Wednesday 20th August 2025, aged 85 years.

George Adams of Dumfries, cherished Husband of Margaret and much loved Father of Malcolm, Susan and the late Martin. Brother to Clark, Papa to Charlie, Bonny, Molly and Rosie. Father in law to Jodie and Robert. A dear uncle, cousin and friend, who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

George's Funeral will take place at Roucan Loch Crematorium on Monday 1st September at 12 noon. To which all family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Family flowers only please, donations in lieu may be given at the service in aid of RAF Benevolent Fund in memory of George.

George used to make me laugh so hard but he took no nonsense either make no mistake George and Margaret’s door was always open when I was a boy what they had was mine generous to a fault always made me feel welcome

Please accept this donation in loving memory of George and is from all who attended George’s funeral. The RAF provided George with great memories in his time within the service. More recently the RAF has provided George with great support and companionship.

The Adams family are extremely touched by the many kind and loving messages received during this time.
