Maureen was such a lovely, kind and caring lady. She was the heart and soul of her family who are all devastated by her sudden and unexpected loss. Her memory will live on through her children and grandchildren who she adored. Maureen is going to be missed by all of the lives of the people she touched. My thoughts are with all of the family through such a sad time. All my love xxx

From my earliest days, she stepped into my life with a mother’s love, patience, and strength, becoming the mam who guided, protected, and cared for me throughout my life; raising me as her own and giving me the chance to grow, flourish, and become the person I am today.
She was a devoted and loving Nana to Matthew, Michael Thomas, and Jude—each one of them held a special place in her heart. Her family was everything to her, and she never hesitated to put her children and grandchildren first. Her life was a lesson in selflessness, kindness, and quiet resilience.
Mam had this rare, natural gift for making people feel safe, supported, and believed in. She endured every hardship life threw at her, yet she carried herself with the kind of strength that inspired all of us. She gave us stability, love, and the understanding that family isn’t just about blood - it’s about showing up, standing by each other, and loving unconditionally.
We are heartbroken by her loss, but forever grateful for the love, support, and guidance she gave so freely. Her presence shaped our lives, and her memory will continue to guide us.
Sadly missed, but never forgotten.  Eternally grateful, always loved.
