Hazel JoanWILLISOf Polsham passed away peacefully at home on 15th December 2025 aged 76 years.
A dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Now reunited with her beloved husband Colin.
Funeral service to be held at Mendip Crematorium on Thursday 15th January 2026 at 11.30am.
