Hannah MayWILLIAMSAled and Tean announce the passing of their beautiful daughter Hannah, loving sister to Beth and partner of Jack. Hannah struggled bravely, but ultimately lost her battle with chronic neuropathic corneal eye disease. She has left a gaping hole in the lives of all who knew her.
A remembrance service will be held at Hebron Chapel, Old Colwyn at 11.30am, on Wednesday the 25th of February.
