Gwylim GlyndwrWILLIAMSPassed at home on the 7th of November 2025 aged 66 years, surrounded by his loved ones.

Greatly loved and missed husband to Jayne, hound dad to Odin, spectacular dad to Luke, Gayle and Kodie, father-in-law to Rose, Russ and Valerie, bestest grandad to Phinley and Ezra, brother to David, the late Olly and Roberta, son the late Leslie and Sarah, son-in-law to Terry and Maureen, brother-in-law and uncle.

A special thank you from the family to the Macmillan Community Nursing Team.

No funeral service will be held, however donations are gratefully accepted for 'Macmillan Cancer Support' c/o

I have so many fond memories playing chess with Glyn and touring the country to play in tournaments. I distinctly remember on one mini-bus journey, he let me play my smurfs tape (which on reflection is probably the last thing any adult would want to listen to for an hour) on full blast as we tried to find a McDonald’s or Burger King on the way home. I also remember him finding me locked out of my house on a trip back home and him letting me nip down to his house for a beer while I waited for my parents to get home. He was such a lovely and generous man.

No more Glyn jokes , Glyn funny videos, Glyn hilarious photos. No more Glyn singing " If I knew you were comin' I"d've baked a cake."
