Anne passed away peacefully in hospital on November 10th aged 95 years surrounded by her loving family.
A loving mam of Geoff, Jacqueline, Stephen and Denise, a very dear mother in law, a devoted grandma and a doting great grandma.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at St Andrews Church Leam Lane on Monday November 24th at 1.00 pm followed by interment at Heworth old Cemetery at 2.00 pm.
Flowers are welcome, or if desired donations to the Childrens Heart Unit Fund at the Freeman Hospital.
All are welcome to the Heworth Golf Club after the service for refreshments and to celebrate her life.
