I’m sorry that we only got to know each other in recent years, Alex. I will miss our chats about fitness (or lack of), tales from your LEJOG escapades, and shared observations of the funny things that humans do. But most of all, I will miss your kind and thoughtful presence. Damian.

Top bloke. A pleasure and a privilege to have known, and worked with. Consummate professional. And always up for a beer (or two) at the end of the day (or night). Greatly missed.

Not many can claim they have been part of programs to save motorcyclist lives. On the 15th June 24 you took part in the Dave's Day hopefully you will be riding alongside him someplace. Enjoy the journey. Thanks for the chats down the years.
