Eric MinnsSORENSENPeacefully, on 25th November, whilst at home surrounded by his loving family, Eric aged 85 years of Cleethorpes sadly passed away.

Eric was a loving husband to the late Sheila, wonderful father to Erica, Debbie and Eric, loving grandad to Caroline, Kieran, Matty, Georgia and Ryan and a treasured great-grandad and brother who will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

A service to celebrate Eric's life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 22nd December 2025 at 12:45pm.

Family flowers only please but donations in lieu, if so desired, will be put to the benefit of Cancer Research.

Eric is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Alexander House, 70 Carr Lane, Grimsby, DN32 8JP. Tel: 01472 355255.

I had the great pleasure of knowing Eric and even greater pleasure of working with him on the boats at Immingham where we used to beat all comers at darts in the Lock Inn, great memories. RIP Eric 🙏
