Mick, a true legend, a man for whom nothing was ever too much trouble.
You will be so incredibly missed. I have nothing but the fondest memories of you. For years we worked together though truthfully, you were the one doing the work while I looked on, half terrified and always in awe of your skill, your patience, and your good humour.
Our Mad Fridays at Christmas will forever stay with me the laughter, the chaos, the dancing, the stories you told that only you could tell. Those simple moments, especially our chats over a cup of tea, meant more than I ever realised at the time.
You brought kindness, warmth, and a quiet strength into every room. I’m grateful to have known you, to have learned from you, and to have shared so many memories with you.
Rest in peace, Mick. You’ve left a mark on all of us that will never fade.
