Geoffrey passed away peacefully on 21 November, aged 87.

A respected solicitor for over 45 years at Nicholson Portnell, he was admired for his integrity and commitment to justice. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, whose kindness, humour, and generosity touched many.

A devoted supporter and board director of Maggie's, he cared deeply about helping others.

We were saddened to lose Geoffrey. His cheery wit and his enthusiasm for life itself will be sorely missed. Our prayers and best wishes are with Diana and the family.

Geoffrey was a long standing good and loyal friend for over 25 years. We spent a lot of time together supporting various charities during this time. We worked together at Cancer Bridge in Hexham and on the merger later with Maggies. Geoffrey was a most generous, warm hearted man of great integrity and standing. I will miss him terribly and will remember him always.
May he Rest in Peace in the loving hands of God.
