Keith was a top human being and an absolute pleasure to sit down with, talk to, problem solve and talk some more. He really did love a chat! Keith was an incredible support to the NFSP, the Postmaster/Postmistress community and I’m humbled to have met him. We never got around to chatting over a pint but I’ll certainly be raising one in your honour chum. Sending the family a lot of love. Simon Worboys ❤️

Keith - my colleague, my mentor, my voice of calm in the midst of any storm but most importantly a treasured friend. From looking up to you at my first NFSP conference, having the privilege of working alongside you on the Executive Council and Board to working together for the last number of years within the NFSP organisation I have enjoyed every moment.

You were compassionate, kind, and generous in ways that touched every person fortunate enough to cross your path. You had the rare gift of making others feel seen and valued, whether through a quiet word of encouragement or your unwavering support during difficult times, you showed a pure and constant passion for helping Postmasters. Your humour could lighten even the heaviest day, I will miss the laughter we shared more than words can express.

You were a mentor not just in the work we did, but in the way you lived your life. You led with empathy, integrity, and patience - always ready to guide, support, or simply listen. Many of us found confidence in ourselves because you believed in us first. Your impact on our team, our organisation, and our lives is immeasurable.

What stands out most, though, was the deep love you held for your family. You spoke of them often with pride, gratitude, and tenderness. They were your anchor and greatest joy. Knowing how much you cherished them reminds us of the fullness with which you approached life, always rooted in love.

You shared your kindness, humour, and compassion freely with all who knew you. You were truly one of a kind, and your legacy will live on in the many lives you changed for the better.

It is difficult to imagine life without you, my friend. We will miss you deeply but your memory will continue to guide, inspire, and comfort us all.

Much love to Linda, your children, grandchildren and the whole family circle

Sleep easy my friend

Lots of love from Wendy and Sam xx

Keith was more than a colleague, he was a friend and an unwavering source of support for so many. I learnt so much from him in our many years working together.

His dedication to Postmasters and his role as an NFSP Representative was nothing short of remarkable. Keith had a unique ability to bring calm and reassurance during the toughest moments, and his integrity always shone through in everything he did.

I will always remember his sharp wit, his warmth, and the way he could make any conversation brighter. Keith’s commitment to doing what was right and his passion for helping others left a lasting mark on all of us.

It’s hard to imagine our world without him, but his legacy of compassion and professionalism will live on. Thank you, Keith, for everything, you will be deeply missed and never forgotten.

Knowing Keith through the short time I have been with the NFSP Mails Team has been a great pleasure to have worked with him. He was always friendly, helpful and dedicated to Postmasters, the NFSP and his colleagues. It has been a complete honor to know and work with him and will be a big loss to the NSFP Family and the wider Postmaster community.
My condolences and regards to those he leaves behind but hopefully there is comfort in the memory he leaves and the thought that he wont be forgotten by those who lives he touched, including mine. Best regards Stewart
