I received the sorrowful news of your passing with great sadness., Jim. I have fond memories of our collaboration, which only grew stronger when you retired and we agreed that you would develop what remain key documents for the evaluation of suitable national PLR systems. I was then the CEO of IFRRO. It is still difficult for me to realize that you are no longer with us. Just under a year ago we exchanged views and information on PLR. To me you remind Mr. PLR and, in particular, Mr. PLR International.
May you Rest In Peace.
