Susan will be forever loved and missed by all her Family and Friends.
Susan's funeral will take place on Wednesday 8th April at 4pm, Springwood Crematorium, Rosemary Chapel.
Family flowers only please by request, donations can be made in lieu to Everton in the Community in Susan's memory. A donations box will available at the service.
The family have suggested guests wear a splash of royal blue at Susan's funeral as Everton was very close to her heart.
