A celebration of Derek's life will take place on Tuesday 7th April at 12 noon in St Bede's Chapel, Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel and afterwards at Jack Hatfield Sports Club.
No flowers please. Donations if so desired to Ward 29, James Cook University Hospital. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
