Craig StevenMCCUESuddenly and unexpectedly while at home, Craig aged 43 years of Louth sadly passed away.

Much loved son of Steve and Kim, partner to Mel, grandson of Tony and Lucille, dear brother to the late Jamie and brother-in-law to Lindsey, uncle to Mia and Poppy and nephew to Craig.

Craig was a kind and loving young man who asked for very little out of life, he had some amazing friends who Craig was so grateful for.

Funeral service will be held at Alford Crematorium on Tuesday 18th August 2026 at 11:00am.

Family flowers only please but any donations can be made to Kidney Research. Following the service, everyone is warmly welcome to attend the Splash, Little Cawthorpe, LN11 8LZ.

Craig is resting at Louth Funeralcare (Inc Kettles) 110 Kidgate, Louth, LN11 9BX. Tel: 01507 600710.

So very sorry to hear of Craig’s passing. He was a great friend to me in my teens; always dreaming of getting that next guitar or learning that next impossible solo or riff - Steve Vai’s Passion & Warfare was like some sort of bible to us at that time! He played drums for our first ever band ‘Species’, at our first ever gig at The Woodman, in Louth. Fond memories, in simpler times.

RIP mate, gone far too soon. 😥
