GeorgeMORTONSadly on 31st December 2025, whilst in the dedicated care of Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital, Grimsby, George aged 85 years passed peacefully away with his loving family by his side.
The devoted husband of Janet for 59 years, proud dad to Jane and Paul, dear father-in-law to Alison, beloved grandad of Daniel, Rea, Amy and Joe, and a cherished great grandad of Colby, Mason, Lola, Olivia and Maddie.
A service to celebrate George's life will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 30th January 2026, at 3pm.
Family flowers only please, by request. Donations in lieu of floral tributes, to benefit 'Cancer Research UK' will be gratefully received at Mashfords Funeral Service, Norfolk Lane, Cleethorpes DN35 8BB.
