Michael William SamuelLANGPassed away peacefully at home on 30th August 2026, aged 84 years.

A devoted husband of Jean, Michael will be forever missed by his loving family and friends.

His funeral service will be held at St Cuthbert's Church, Lytham Road, Blackpool on Thursday 17th September at 11:30am followed by committal at Lytham Park Crematorium.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be given in memory of Michael for the benefit of The British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK.

The family would be grateful if those attending could wear something colourful, or an item of blue clothing, in memory of Michael.

Mike was a dear friend and neighbour whose kindness, warmth and friendship will always be remembered. He touched the lives of many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts are with Jean and the family at this difficult time. Rest in peace, Mike.

Mike was much more than a neighbour; he was a dear friend whose kindness and gentle presence meant so much to those around him. We will always treasure the conversations we shared and the friendship he so freely offered.

He touched many lives with his warmth and thoughtfulness and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

My heartfelt condolences go to Jean and the whole family at this very sad time. May they find comfort in the love, memories, and many happy moments they shared with Mike.

Rest in peace, Mike. You will be fondly remembered and never forgotten.
