Theresa JoyceJONESSadly passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on the 12th July, aged 78.
Devoted and loving wife of the late Brin, a loving mum, treasured nan and great-nan. Theresa will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday 7th August, 12:00 at St Saviours Church, Splott Rd, Splott, followed by the burial at Ely Cemetery at 1.30pm.
The family have asked that those attending the service try to wear something blue.
Flowers are gratefully accepted by White Rose Funeral Home, 56-58 Carlisle St, Cardiff CF24 2DT. Donations may be made in Theresa's memory to the NSPCC.
