EuniceJONES-PLAISTOWIt is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Eunice Jones-Plaistow, who died on Tuesday 26th May surrounded by her family. Devoted wife to Brian, beloved mother of Victoria, Charlie, Sam and Joss and treasured Nonna to Jack, Savannah, Penny, Freddie, Dougie, Zoe and Olive.

Eunice was a deeply loving person who went above and beyond for people, both in her work as a nurse and in caring for her family, friends and community. She would never miss an opportunity to make things better. Many neighbours would know her as the lady that litter-picked in Dovecot Park every day, while walking her beloved border collie. She will be greatly missed.

Friends and neighbours are warmly invited to attend the funeral service at St David's Church, Childwall at 12.30pm on Wednesday 24th June. Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully received for The Brian Tumour Charity. (www.thebraintumourcharity.org).

We will miss meeting Eunice in St George park on her visits to Bristol. She was a wonderful Nonna to Freddie and Zoe.

Sending love to all of her family,

Catherine and Michael

I only had the privilege of meeting Eunice a handful of times, but even in those moments, her warmth, energy, and wonderful ability to connect so openly and spiritedly left a lasting impression.

It was clear that she was a vibrant and much-loved matriarch, someone whose presence brought strength and support to those around her. I know she will be deeply missed, and I send my heartfelt condolences to all who loved her.
