Damian JohnHOBBSFollowing a sudden illness on 11th June 2026, whilst in the care of the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital Grimsby, with loving family by his side, Daymo aged 55 years sadly passed away.
An utterly devoted husband of Suzanne, an adored dad of John and Isabelle, a treasured son of Veronica (Roni), a dearest nephew of Tim and Rick, metal head and a great friend to many.
A service to celebrate Daymo's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 8th July at 12 noon.
By request family flowers only please, but if so desired a donation in lieu can be made to
The National Autistic Society, 2nd Floor, Weston House, 42 Curtain Road, London, EC2A 3NH.
There will be a donation collection at the service.

Shocked & Saddened. Thoughts are with all of his Family & Friends. Daymo always used to look after me, in the Barge, in the 90's RIP Daymo. Sending love n hugs to you all. xxx

Wow, a good person gone but not forgotten. Good bye old friend, I will never forget our sixth form days and our drunken days walking to cleethorpes then walking/floating back home at the end of the night, sleep tight old friend x Kerry
