Sadly passed away peacefully on 10th July, aged 86 years.

Beloved wife of the late John, much loved mam of Alan, Brian and Gillian, loving mother-in-law to Gillian, Gary and Irene. Also a devoted and adored nana of John, Lee, Laurie and Kelsey and great nana of Billy, Charlotte and Arabella and a dear sister, sister-in-law and auntie. Also sadly missed by Victoria and Rebecca, nana's little boy Buster and by all who knew her.

Would family and friends please meet for the service at
Tynemouth Crematorium on
Tuesday 28th July at 12.00pm.

Flowers welcome, or a donation box will also be available at the service for the Alzheimer's Society.

Everyone is welcome back to the Westholme Farm Social Club on Mullen Road afterwards to celebrate Maureen's life.

Nana, you were truly one in a million with a heart of gold. You were the most caring, loving and kindest nana who would do anything to help anyone. You were so strong, no matter what life threw at you, you always fought it, never giving up. I am incredibly proud and honoured to be able to call you my nana. In the future, I hope to be like you and follow in your footsteps in terms of love, strength and kindness. You are not only a massive miss to me but to all who knew you. Nana, you will remain in my heart and thoughts forever. I love and miss you loads.

My adorable mam. I miss you so much already mam I will be forever remembering having the most loving caring incredible mam. Not a day will pass that you don’t cross my mind.
