Much loved wife to Geof, loving mother to Janneke, Tanya and Daniel, and loving grandmother to Jane, Sam, Mia, Charlie, Eva and William.

Always in our thoughts.

Funeral service to be held on Monday 22nd December at Chanterlands Crematorium (Small Chapel) at 2pm.

Flowers welcome, however donations may be left at the service to Dementia UK.
