It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Donnelly, who passed away peacefully at University Hospital Coventry on 15th July 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Joan. Much-loved father to Caroline, Richard, Jacqueline, Robert, and Andrew. Precious Grandad to Eamon, Joseph, Frances, Richard, Lorcan, Hannah, Niamh, Charlotte, and Emily. Great Grandad to Rhia, Ivy, Dylan, Elijah, and Auri. Son of Richard and Bridget Donnelly. Brother to John (Dec), James (Dec), Mary (Dec), Patrick (Dec), Margaret (Dec), Delia (Dec), Rose (Dec), Joseph (Dec), Lily, Peter, and Thomas. A cherished Uncle and friend to many.

Reception into St Anne's Catholic Church, Dunsmore Avenue, Willenhall, on Wednesday, 12th August at 4:30 pm.
Requiem Mass to be held on Thursday, 13th August at 10 am followed by Burial in Lentons Lane Cemetery.

Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Richard for the Coventry Catholic Fellowship (society for children and adults with learning and physical difficulties) can be made via Funeral Notices or in the donation box on the day.

Dad, you might not be with us here but I know you are not far away. You will always be close by looking over us and smiling.
Our trips back to Carronwnisky were very special to me as we had time together. Our road trips were great fun whilst there. My trips back will continue, knowing you will be with me in my heart.
