Partner to Terry; mother to Jason and Kelsey; mother-in-law to Thelma and Colin; Grandmother to Sam, Rea, Lili and Josh; Sister to Gary. Public service will be held at St Ddwywe Church, Llanddwywe, Dyffryn Ardudwy, on Monday 13th April 2026 at 1.00pm, followed by committal at Dyffryn Ardudwy Cemetery. Family flowers only, but donations in memory of Penelope are gratefully accepted towards Makaton.
