Gwasanaeth cyhoeddus yn Eglwys Dewi Sant, Blaenau Ffestiniog dydd Mawrth 3ydd o Chwefror am 1.00 o'r gloch ac yna i ddilyn ym Mynwent Llan Ffestiniog.

Blodau'r teulu'n unig, ond derbynnir rhoddion yn ddiolchgar er cof am Rem tuag at Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre Ysbyty Maelor drwy law'r ymgymerwyr Pritchard and Griffiths Cyf, Heol Dulyn, Tremadog, Gwynedd, LL49 9RH - 01766 512091.

Passed away peacefully in the presence of his family at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd aged 74 years of 1 Springfield Terrace, Blaenau Ffestiniog

Loving husband to the late Frances; father to Lee and Wendy; father in law to Sarah and Greg; taid to Cian, Erin, Callum, Luke and Mari; brother to Phill, Keith, Mark and the late Tomi and Pat.

Public service at St David's Church, Blaenau Ffestiniog on Tuesday 3rd of February at 1.00 o'clock followed by interment at Llan Ffestiniog Cemetery.

Family flowers only, but donations are gratefully accepted in memory of Rem towards Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre Ysbyty Maelor through the funeral directors
