AndrewCROOKSSadly passed away at the Royal Derby Hospital on Tuesday 11th November 2025, aged 70 years.

Much loved husband to Denise, loving dad of Kristina and Jeff, grandfather to Ashley and Dylan and great grandfather to Athea. A loved brother, brother in law and son in law. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service to be held at St Peter's Church, Chellaston on Monday 8th December 2025 at 11.00am followed by the interment at Dale Hill Natural Burial Ground.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are invited for RNLI. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or given at the service.
