Dear Margaret you are the kindest person I’ve had the pleasure of ever knowing. I miss not telling you about the birds I have seen and our catchups on Wednesday evenings. Thanks for all your support you have given me and my family over the years. You were a very special Nurse and Midwife and an incredible friend. You are the biggest brightest star in the sky 🌟

You mean the world to me Auntie Georgie.
Can’t believe it’s you.
I’m going to miss you so much.
I remember you and Viv coming to my 21st and I bursted out crying because I couldn’t believe you came. Then I was working one day and I looked out of the office window and saw you both getting out of the car to do some shopping and I immediately ran down just to give you a hug.
I passed my motorbike license and I was going to come round and surprise you as soon as I got my bike because I know you would have loved it.
You are one of the most amazing women I have ever met and known.
It doesn’t feel real that I won’t see you again.
You mean more to me than you will ever know. You helped me through a lot and you are my family to me and always will be. You will always be my Auntie Georgie.
Love you forever. Always thinking of you and Viv.
Rest easy. I know you will be watching, wherever you are.
You will always mean the world to me. Love you loads. It isn’t good bye, it’s see you soon and I’ll give you the biggest hug like I always do.

Lots of love from Coco xxx

So sorry to hear of Margaret's death.
I can go back 40 years remembering her kindness to me as a midwife returning to practise after a few years' break. She managed to bring a bit of humour into most situations but never forgot the essence of midwifery, safe care for everyone. Her love of midwifery was obvious.
It is so sad to hear the nature of her passing and I send sincere condolences to those who loved her.
