Much loved Wife of the late John, loving Mum of Sam and Rick and a devoted Nan to Evie.
Sadly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Rochdale Crematorium on Tuesday 11th August at 1.00pm.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held at Norden Cricket Club following the service, all are welcome to attend.
