Gillian was my neighbour, in Keele, throughout my childhood … during the 1960’s & 70’s. I remember her with great fondness: she taught me about kindness, patience and adventure. Gillian had a great sense of fun, I recall this particularly when we went on a horse-riding holiday in Wales, I was in my teens and we had ‘the best time!’
A truly lovely lady. Rest in Peace.

I met Gillian whilst cruising. She was an excellent lady, a great quizzer and a good friend to all. She will be much missed by her cruise family.
