Betty VictoriaBISHOPSadly, on February 19th 2026, whilst in the care of St Margaret's Care Home, Grimsby. Betty aged 101 years.

Loving wife of the late Rupert. Much loved Mum to Susan, Robert and Nicholas and mother-in-law to Kim.
Devoted Grandma to Adam, Rachel and Helen, Great Grandchildren Iona and Otis. Also a dear Sister-in-law to Sue and Niece Vikki.

A funeral service will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Thursday March 12th 2026 at 12.45pm.

Family flowers only please, but if desired a donation in lieu may be sent to Cancer Research UK.

Betty is resting peacefully at J.W Emberson's Funeral Directors, 81 Macaulay Street, Grimsby, DN31 2DS, 01472 250074.

At the family's request please wear something blue.

I Had the pleasure of living next to Betty for over 20 years. She was truly a lovely lady and a wonderful neighbour who will be sadly missed. Rest in peace, Betty. Our thoughts are with her family at this difficult time.

Dear Betty, rest in peace lovely lady. I met you while I stayed briefly in the care home, you popped in every day to see how I was and have a chat. What a marvellous lady you were. Love to all your family.
