The Rowes, Henders and Hurleys pay loving tribute to dear Father Jonathan Bielawski. As his cousins, David, Mary and Susan remember with fondness Jon’s early years in Stonehouse with Aunty Pam, Uncle Wlad, and fellow cousins Caroline and Christine. We greatly valued his gentleness, kindness, good humour, concern and support over the years. It was especially heartwarming to see Fr Jon perform his priestly duties at the funerals of our beloved parents Ken and Jean. In happier circumstances, he did the honours at the marriage of Joanna and Denis. We will always remember Fr Jon as the warmest of souls, whose selfless commitment to others set a shining example to all of any, little or no religious faith.
