The obituary notice of Iris ADAMS

So lucky to have shared journeys with lovely, lovely Iris. A lovely, kind and brave woman - never complaining. Wonderful outlook on life. I remember one morning, in the pitch black, freezing cold and in a lot of pain, she still commented on how lovely the birdsong was. A joy to be around and I always looked forward to seeing her. Iris was such a lovely lady. We met her at the Liz Baker Dialysis Unit almost seven years ago when my husband became a patient there. She was kind, chatty, friendly and never moaned despite her ongoing problems. She even suffered my attempts at the conversational Welsh I’m learning!
