So lucky to have shared journeys with lovely, lovely Iris. A lovely, kind and brave woman - never complaining. Wonderful outlook on life. I remember one morning, in the pitch black, freezing cold and in a lot of pain, she still commented on how lovely the birdsong was. A joy to be around and I always looked forward to seeing her. My very best wishes to all Iris' family and friends. Gill Xx

Iris was such a lovely lady. We met her at the Liz Baker Dialysis Unit almost seven years ago when my husband became a patient there. She was kind, chatty, friendly and never moaned despite her ongoing problems. She even suffered my attempts at the conversational Welsh I’m learning!
RIP Iris, and our condolences to your family xxx
