Dr Samuel JeffreyTHOMASJeff passed away peacefully on the 2nd October 2021. He was with his beloved wife Ann and daughters Sioned, Lisa and Hannah. He also leaves his sons in law Rob, Paul and Matt and adored grandchildren Olivia, Elis, Louis, Sebastian and Mia. He will be hugely missed by all of us. Funeral Monday 18th October, service 12.15pm at St Cadoc's Church, Caerleon, followed by interment at Caerleon Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu may be given to Prostate Cancer UK.
