Deeply missed by husband Chris, son Martyn, daughter Jo, daughter in law Christina and son in law Andy. Grandmother to Max, Lottie, Macy, Toby and Jaxon.
Funeral service at Westerleigh Crematorium, Waterside Chapel on Thursday 7th August at 11.15am.
Family flowers only, Donations if desired may be made to Southmead Hospital Charity - Haematology Fund in the retiring collection at the service on the day, alternatively cheques made payable to the charity can be sent to the address below.
