PatrickNOLAN(PAT) Peacefully on the 14th of August. Loving husband to Ruth, adored father to Sean, Kate and the late Matthew and cherished granddad to Elliott. Sadly missed by all. Former governor in the prison service (lastly Risley and Strangeways). Family flowers only please.
