ElizabethSMITHWho sadly passed away on the 17th April 2026, at Glan Clwyd Hospital surrounded by her loving family, aged 81 years and of Prestatyn.
Beloved wife of the late Dave. Loving Mum of David. Dear Sister of Janett. Cherished Grandmother of Oscar and Rose. Elizabeth will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St Asaph, on Tuesday 12th May 2026, at 2:00pm.
Family flowers only please, donations, if so desired in memory of Elizabeth will be gratefully accepted towards Ward 4 at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
