I can’t even begin to describe how amazing RH Faulkner & Daughter are. To be honest, words just can’t describe! The most caring thoughtful team you could ever imagine. The worst time of our lives were made that little bit easier with Paula, Trixie🐶 and Loz being there to get us through it, checking in on us and making everything as simple and smooth sailing. It wasn’t just about the funeral to them, it was about the family and supporting us all while we grieve. When someone dies there’s a mountain of things to do, people to tell etc. We had no clue where to start. Paula guided us through all of this. Pointed us in the right direction and actually cared. My Dad didn’t have a funeral plan, didn’t have a clue what he wanted as he was still young, but I know for a fact he would of loved Paula and the team to be the ones looking after him. Paula matched his sense of humour and he would of been so grateful that Paula was there for his wife and children. We are so glad we met this wonderful team and Paula & Loz made dads funeral the best it could of possibly been. He even had his fur babies there and that was RH Faulkner & daughter that made that possible. We are so grateful- thank you!

Paula, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I believe my mum lead me to you as she knew you'd help me get through this! Your care and respect for my mum was beyond what I could have wished for, and knowing that she was so well looked after was such a comfort. Not only did you get every aspect perfect, with beautiful purple ribbons, my favourite picture framed, you and Loz picked the perfect image for her service booklet, and the engraving to her plaque and coffin meant more to me then you will ever know! Your love and dedication shines through, and nothing was too much trouble - even walking mum's doggies, Fae and Dave, in front of the hearse was just so special - I know she was looking down and smiling! To Paula. I am a little late… but would like to leave the best review. Paula, what can I say. You are fantastic. From the news of my brothers passing right through to the cremation. Your warmth, your care, and also much needed humour was absolutely faultless. You read and assessed our needs as a family and delivered the best service I could have ever wanted for Ben.
