We recognise that people need different and personalised support from funeral directors. Some people would like to be given clear guidance and direction whereas others would prefer to be informed about their options, and then feel empowered to make the choices that are right for them. Family and friends being empowered throughout the process of planning a funeral can be a positive and fundamental part of the grieving process but we also recognise that for some people, that is not what they want or need.
We work hard to support the wellbeing of every family we support and we believe that good funeral care can support better mental health. As part of our mission to improve the wellbeing of as many people as possible we are committed to delivering educational programs, making funeral directors more accessible and sharing information about funeral choices, grief and bereavement support.
