DerekOVERTONPassed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 10th September 2025 aged 75.

Loving Husband of Maureen. Much loved Dad to Gillian and Julie. A much loved Granda to Corey, Lily and Halle. A special Father in Law to Steve.

Sleep tight Derek, you have earned your rest. Your suffering is over, you're now free from pain.

Sadly missed by all family and friends. So long old faithful. Service to be held at the Chanterlands Crematorium Large chapel on Monday 6th October at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only but donations can be left if desired following the service for The Queens Centre at Castle Hill Hospital

Deepest sympathy to Maureen and family, sorry to hear of your sad loss, i knew Derek for over 30 years as he was our main electrican technician, not a day goes by at work when i don’t see the talent of his work here, will always remember him, Trevor
