Funeral Service & Celebration of life takes place on Thursday 19th June at 12.30pm Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby.
Family flowers only, donations in memory for Versus Arthritis and the Stroke Association.
Family have requested mourners wear bright colours for the service.
