Sarah will be sadly missed by family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at the Cemetery Chapel Kent & Sussex Crematorium on Monday 9th of September 2019 at 11.00a.m. Flowers Welcome. No Black Attire. Donations if desired to, Hospice in the Weald can be given at the service or sent to, c/o Southborough Funeral Service 126a London Road Southborough TN4 0PL
