As Ann's cousin by marriage she has been in my life since I was her bridesmaid. She has always been a calm, unruffled, supportive person who got on very well with my Mum Mrs Ann Wiles senior phoning her regularly, and they had fun times when they visited each others homes. I too enjoyed Ann's hospitality.
Ann has supported her son Steve and his family in every way: to the extent of looking after her 14 year old twin granddaughters fulltime for 2years at the great age of 83 to enable them to transition into the UK education system from Turkey where they were born.
Ann was very talented with a beautiful singing voice, and wrote beautiful poetry. She was a smart lady in every sense: with a good career and always very well presented.
She kept herself fit with her morning exercises and gardening. Her garden being a great source of pleasure for her.
I will miss her very much.
