HazelWHITAKERPeacefully at James Cook Hospital on the morning of 18th February with Gillian and David by her side Hazel aged 86. Beloved wife of the late Ernest, much loved mam of Gillian and David, dear mother-in-law of Dave and Hosani, adored grandma, great-grandma, twin sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Funeral service to be held at St. Hildas Chapel, Teesside Crematorium on Thursday March 9th at 1:15pm. Donations in lieu of flowers please, to Diabetes UK and The South Tees Hospital Charities. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff on ward 12. In Heavenly love abiding.
