Friends please meet for service at Monkseaton Methodist Church, Front Street, Monkseaton on Monday 11th September at 12.00, followed by cremation at Tynemouth Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to Parkinson's UK for which a donation box will be available at the service.
Everyone welcome afterwards to the Spread Eagle, Preston Village, North Shields for refreshments.
