DeirdreTURNER(Gateshead). Peacefully in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on 22nd July, aged 49 years, Deirdre (Deed, nee Doherty), much loved daughter of Lilly and Joe, beloved step-daughter of the late George Fletcher. Devoted soulmate of Paul, loving mam to Manus, Moya and stepmother to Sharon, cherished Nana Deed to Sophie, Chloe and Katie. Deed was a loving sister, auntie and friend to everyone she met. Family and friends are respectfully invited to the service at St. Oswald's R.C. Church, Wrekenton on Monday 4th August at 10.00am, followed by committal at Saltwell Cemetery at 11.00am. By request family flowers only, however donations in lieu if so desired to Freeman Hospital, for which a donation box will be provided.
