Eric ArthurTHORPEAt rest, on Saturday 23rd August 2025, whilst in the comfort of his own home, Eric Thorpe aged 89 years of Baddeley Green. Eric was the devoted husband and soul mate of Sheila for over 65 years. He was a proud Dad to his 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A proud member of Her Majesty's Armed forces, where he served in Malaya as part of the REME and alongside the Gurkhas. Eric will be sadly missed but never forgotten by all his loving family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 15th September at 2.00pm. Family flowers only by request please and any kind donations in memory of Eric to the Salvation Army.
