It is with deep sorrow that we announce Brian’s passing on 21 March 2025 at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital. Despite enduring several long-term illnesses, he never allowed them to diminish his passion for living life to the fullest. Much loved dad to Jodee and Dan, adored grandad to Harley, Caellen and Amelie. Loving brother to Ian, Alan and the late Gillian. Dear brother-in-law to Jenny and Clare. Dear uncle to Gemma, Jack, Kieran and Josh. GUB to Leo and Louis. Brian was also a great friend to many through all of his sporting adventures and through his career as a Barber at Cripsey's in Cleethorpes. A service to celebrate Brian's life willl be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Wednesday 16th April 2025 at 12.45pm. Family flowers only, however, if so desired donations in Brian's memory can be made to R.N.L.I. A donation box will also be available on the day.

Brian, you made me what I am today - exasperated !!! You always teased me, told me stories I believed totally …until I realised and the penny dropped ! But that was the joy of knowing you : always a smile, always a joke but, above all, kind, loyal and ready to help - yes, with all your problems you were always ready to help, ready to give advice, ready with a smile -what an example to us all. Brian, you made me a better person x
