Much loved mother of Christine, son in law Paul, cherished Grandma of Caitlin and Niamh, dear sister of Marcella, Eileen and Jim and the late Molly and Denis, as well sister in law Joan and Iris, Billy and William and her many nieces and nephews. Loved by her many friends and all those who encountered her. A private family service will take place at Chester le Street cemetery on Thursday 11 June. The family would like you to think of the many happy memories of Ellen on this day. A lovely, loving and much loved lady. She gave comfort, love and joy and always made everything better. R I P.
