Rhona LaytonSTACEYRhona of Machen. Suddenly on January 11 at Church View Care Home, Caerphilly at the age of 90. Former teacher at Plasyfelin Infants School, Caerphilly. Widow of Graham, beloved mother of Marc and Simon, adored grandmother of Gregory and Philippa. Sadly missed by daughters-in-law Katherine and Carmel, step-brother Bryan and sister-in-law Beryl. Also loving step-sister to Graham (deceased). Funeral service will take place on Friday, February 23 at 12 noon at St. John's Church, Machen followed by cremation at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium at 1:15 pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations, in lieu, to The RNLI. Resting at the Funeral Home of Stanley J Nicholas Ltd, The Paddocks, Pengam, Blackwood. May she rest in peace.
