John FrederickSMITHOn Sunday 6th July 2025, John passed peacefully at home, aged 84 years. A lover of nature and music, a dedicated father to Damian and friend to many, he will be missed by all who knew him.
Working in architecture and landscape design from the age of 16 to 50, John was perhaps best known later in his life as the Lincolnshire Echo salesman in the blue kiosk at the Stonebow in Lincoln's High Street, a role he occupied between the years of 2003-2011.
Funeral Service to take place on Thursday 28th August 2025 at 2pm. This will be held at Pat Cook's North Hykeham Funeral Home and Service Chapel. The wake will be held at The Railway Inn, Station Road, Thorpe on the Hill, Lincoln LN6 9BS, from 4pm, to celebrate John's life and you are all welcomed to join us.
Donations are invited to raise money for the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust. Donations may be left after the service in the donations box provided.
